Across forums, I've found this subject to arouse a lot of interest. So, here's my list ;

Omega 3 fish oil triple strength 1360 mg - 1 a day
Vitamin E 400 IU - 5 days a week
Vitamin D - 5000 IU - 2 days a week
Magnesium / Zinc combo pill - 1 a day
Vitamin C 1 gm liposomal form.

What do you take ?

Calcium 2000 units

I take fish oil & krill oil, but not regularly as supplements - I use them as anti-inflammatories instead of the NSAIDS like Aleve & Advil. I also use curcumin capsules along with them.

Somehow I am against supplements. To my mind supplements and drugs are not very different from the other. But, I did take some Biotin for my hairfall years ago.

My niece is suffering a terrible cough the past few days. What supplements would help. Skb you were speaking about vitamin c once. Does that help ?

Yes vitamin c is said to help in such cases. The liposomal vitamin c that I make is a good delivery system designed to help with 90% of bioavailability.
