Holy moly!!  There are quite a few on that list that I don't recognize at all!!  It is criminal!

6/2012 A1c 5.7%  In the 4% A1c club since July 2013. 12-2016 A1c 5.1%. 6-2018 A1c 5.3%.
No meds since 3/2015, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

Oh my gosh!!  That is unbelievable!  That is a pretty good reason to not eat prepared foods.

Thanks Shanny - this needs to be made a part of this site for reading for everyone.  I am aware of most sugar types, but it never hurts to be reminded!

For any processed food you buy, you must carefully read the label ingredients.  And you need to periodically recheck with your meter as recipes can change with no announcement
