Slicing cauliflower heads into "steaks" like that is awesome too!  They barbecue really well!

If not for my diabetes diagnosis, I would not have discovered my love for cabbage.  Once the weather cools down, I will definitely try these cabbage steaks.  I have some version of sauteed cabbage at least 2-3 times per week, usually in a simple cabbage, onion, sausage dish.  Thanks for sharing!

Since our family is largely vegetarian (eat fish and chicken sometimes) I think this will go well for the entire clan.  ;D

If not for my diabetes diagnosis, I would not have discovered my love for cabbage.

And yes, you're quite right about this. I've learnt so many new recipes from Shanny's page. Thanks all.

I've made roasted cauliflower steak before but not this. It would be great if you drizzled a vinagrette on it about 5-10 minutes before it finishes roasting and let it finish in the oven or the broiler. Or even a little shredded cheese.
