home made yogurt
« on: May 29, 2016, 06:32:07 AM »
500 ml of full fat milk
1 full table spoon of thick plain yogurt .

Heat up the milk slightly warmer then luke.
transfer it in a glass container, put in a full table spoon of plain full fat yogurt, and stir it   like a churn ,put on a lid , and put it away for 5 to 6 hours ,,,,,,,,,do not disturb mode ......usually i keep it in my oven .......in india its warm so its done in  5 hours and in winter i have to keep it overnight for better result.

once your yogurt is done , for the next batch keep a table spoon of yogurt aside............and reuse it for next batch.

I'm going to have to give this a try!  I thought I had to get a fancy yogurt maker or something to make my own.

in india every house hold makes the yogurt at home.
