Low Carb RN
« on: August 13, 2016, 03:52:03 PM »
This is one of my favorite blogs from a Registered Nurse that believes in low carb.  The link :
https://lowcarbrn.wordpress.com/

The first subject caught my fancy and I thought I would share it.  For over 20 years I was told by my doctors that I was "doing great" with blood sugar A1c in the 6-7% range and all the time I was doing damage.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with Metformin and LCHF diet.  76 YY
A1c 4.5% February, 2018
Living in Mojave Desert, California, USA

I don't know how I missed this post, but I also saw the same link on a sleep apnea forum recently.  This blog must have far reaching influence.  Lots and lots of reading to do there for me anyway.  Thank You Wally for posting it here.
