Chia seed question
« on: October 04, 2016, 09:38:37 AM »
I may have missed the 'search' feature of the forum, but does anyone have a recipe for "Chia Pudding"?  I seem to remember another time and another place that there was a recipe using this ingredient, however I'm not able to find it.

2 tbsp. chia seed
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
dash of salt
sweetener of choice (I use nine drops EZ-Sweetz, the sucralose concentrate)
2-3 tbsp. chopped nuts of choice
berries if desired

Combine ingredients and allow to set for 10-15 minutes to thicken.

(been on my list to transfer from the other place - just hadn't gotten round to it. Sorry  :( )

Thank you Shanny for providing the recipe and for all the work you do in transferring recipes from the 'other place'.  Very much appreciated.
