Ingredients:

- 1 lb. ricotta cheese

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 3 eggs

- 10 oz. chopped, frozen spinach, thawed

- Dill

- Garlic powder

- Salt

Instructions:

- Lightly beat eggs in a bowl

- Add cheese, spinach and spices and thoroughly combine

- Pour mixture into buttered 10” spring form pan

- Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees

Note that the ricotta and eggs are necessary to provide a solid shape. Otherwise, all other ingredients can be altered according to taste

Oh my!  This looks so delicious.  I shall put the ingredients on my "grocery list" for this week.  I have loved the Stouffers version of this which I'm sure has a lot of ingredients that no one really needs.  Thank you so much for your time to type out the recipe.  I'm thinking this will definitely not last long at our house.  :)
