Hey! I think I've found why I'm not bothered so much with neuropathy . . . some new facts from this article. I'm on venlafaxine for depression and it's prob'ly helping my neuropathy too!  I did not know that, but I love it!

Interesting article and it is good you don't suffer so much with neuropathy because you take a med for depression Shanny.  I take Alpha Lipoic Acid plus Evening Primrose Oil which work well for me.  Doctor doesn't know why they work, but has said it also works for some other people.

Good article and useful information.  I have not been bothered by Neuropathy and hope by controlling my bg I won't be in the future.  This looks like a good source for information.

I do have some numbness in my feet, but my pcp always says it is due to all the problems in my lower back. Who knows???

6/2012 A1c 5.7%  In the 4% A1c club since July 2013. 12-2016 A1c 5.1%. 6-2018 A1c 5.3%.
No meds since 3/2015, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.
