Interesting and maybe explains why I have never seen a benefit from exercising to my bg while others do.   
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with Metformin and LCHF diet.  76 YY

I have a log of my BG vs exercise, somewhere. I’ll have to look it up & see where I fit in.
