Since my bout with Hypercalcemia where my calcium level went sky high I have been taking 5000iu of Vitamin D3 daily.  It is a factor in how the body maintains calcium levels.  Interesting how much of an effect one thing has.

My D level has always been normal. The calcium supplement I take has added D3.
