I start my day close to 100 mg/dl (+/- 5) and then I workout for an hour. This raises my BG to about 135 for some time. After break fast I'm at work the rest of the day. By lunchtime I'm usually in the low 80s and that's where it stays for the rest of the day AND the major part of night with food pushing me up 10-20 points.
I've stopped testing extensively as this is my pattern unless something changes. Even so, I check every evening before dinner. In 2016, I've touched 71 once, but mostly I'm at 83. Mind you, no drugs are involved.
